Social Security Disability

If you have a medical condition that prevents you from working for at least twelve months, you may qualify for Social Security Disability Benefits.  The amount of your monthly benefit is based on the amount of taxes that you have paid during the past several years.  I have the experience to assist you with requesting a hearing.

If you have never been able to work and have a medical condition that presents you from working for at least twelve months, you may qualify for SSI benefits.
